Rare 19C Russian Silver Pair Cups Pan Slavic

Rare 19th-century Russian Silver Pair of demitasse cups in Pan-Slavic style. All hand engraved with Cyrillic letters

 " Чарка вина добавит ума " ,  " A glass of wine will add to your mind "   and each with rooster handle. 

Hallmarked in multiple places,  makers initials А.Ф for Alexander Flud .

Size: 2 1/2" ( 6,5 cm ) height with handle, 2 3/4" ( 7 cm ) width,  1 3/4" ( 4,5 cm ) diameter.  Weight: total 90 gm.
